浅议社会转型期的公民教育

我国正面临着急剧的社会转型,加强公民教育,增强公民意识是发展市场经济、提高行政效率、提高国民素质的需要;要根据社会转型时期的特点,从政治、道德和智慧三个方面完善公民教育的内容,并采取切实可行的措施才能搞好公民教育。
