通过对传统体育教学的分析,论述了新时期和谐体育教学的必要性,以及教学各要素应具备的和谐要素。继而对实施和谐体育教学的意义和前景进行了论述,并提出了自己对和谐体育教学方向和方法的独到见解。

Based on the analysis of the traditional teaching of physical education, the author expounded the necessity of implementing harmonious teaching of physical education in the new era and elaborated the essential factors that contribute to this teaching model. Then the author discussed the meaning and prospect of implementing the harmonious teaching of physical education and put forward original views on the direction and the method of the impletation.
