本文对综合网管系统,网络编程方法进行了介绍,同时给出了实时告警系统的具体设计方案。实时告警系统是一套基于UNIX平台,融合了网络编程方法,C++语言设计思想而开发的一套软件系统。

This thesis presents a compositive network alarm management system. It introduces compositive network management system and the method of writing SOCKET program. Besides, it represents the detailed design scheme. Realtime alarm system is a software system that based on UNIX operation system, mixed the network program method, was written by C＋＋ and SOCKET.
