摘要 通过一个简化模型对连续流生产单元的运行机理进行深入研究。引入一种新的可视化工具流程分析图(Process Analysis Chart,PAC),利用这种可视化工具,可以简单、有效地描述连续流生产单元中的各种生产要素,记录连续流生产的全过程,并对其中的物料流动、机器和人员进行跟踪分析,从而找出连续流生产单元内部的运作规律。 Recently the Continuous Flow Manufacturing Cell has become more and more important for enterprises to improve there manufacturing performance. This paper takes a close look at the operation mechanisms of Continuous Flow by carefully studying a simplified model of an electrical manufacturing shop. In addition, a visualized analytical tool, the Process Analysis Chart (PAC), is introduced in this paper, and is used to trace into the detailed factors in the continuous flow manufacture cell. The PAC is used in this paper to record whole process and trace the route of materials and parts in the cell, so that to find out the operation rules of the Continuous Flow Manufacture Cell.
