基于流程增值分析模型的啤酒生产BPR

摘要 流程增值分析模型是在波特的企业价值链模型的指导下,将企业业务流程的每一项作业任务分为增值和非增值进行价值增值分析,进而建立价值分析模型的,基于此再根据流程再造理论对企业进行重新诊断、再设计、再造并持续改进等。以泰山啤酒公司为例,分析其生产流程的现状,并建立包装生产的全流程的流程增值分析模型,对生产流程各种作业进行重新诊断和再设计,配合组织结构重组,将其运用于企业的流程改造。经业务流程再造的啤酒包装生产成本下降40%,企业大大增强了竞争力,利税位列全国啤酒行业前茅。 Process Value-added s value chain model, which divides Analysis Model is a model set up all activities in business process under the guidance of Port' of an enterprise into valueadded activity or none value-added activity. Based on this model and the theory of business process reengineering (BPR), the whole business processes of an enterprise is rediagnosed redesigned and reengineered. Taking ShanDong Taishan Beer company as an example, this paper redesigned its business process and reformed its organization in order to enhance the productivity and improve the kernal competence of the enterprise. After the BPR, the cost of product decreases greatly, so the enterprise has obtained remarkable benefit.
