摘要
提出了一个B2C电子商务信任评价体系,以促进国内实证研究的发展;给出了B2C电子商务信任实证研究的一个具体应用模型,并示范了进行电子商务信任实证研究的方法。
The empirical researches of e-Commerce trust are extremely few, and most of these researches lack of persuasion. This c presents an evaluation system for e-Commerce trust of B2C, which may promote the development of empirical research in China. Based on this, this paper gives an example of empirical research on e-Commerce trust of B2C, demonstrates how to do empirical research, and which may direct the empirical research in China.
