摘要
目的:研究川芎嗪二苯甲基哌嗪衍生物对ECV-304细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:用过氧化氢致ECV-304细胞损伤,以四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测细胞存活数量。结果:川芎嗪二苯甲基哌嗪衍生物具有对ECV-304细胞氧化损伤的保护作用,其活性比川芎嗪强。结论:川芎嗪二苯甲基哌嗪衍生物具有对ECV-304细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。
Objective: To evaluate the protective effect of Ligustrazine bisphenylmethyl piperazine derivatives on ECV-304 cells injured by hydrogen peroxide. Methods: ECV-304 cells were injured by hydrogen peroxide and assessed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolimn (MTT) assay. Results: Ligustrazine bisphenylmethyl piperazine derivatives showed protective effects on ECV-304 cells injured by hydrogen peroxide, which were more effective than Ligustrazine. Conclusion: Ligustrazine bisphenylmethyl piperazine derivatives can protect ECV-304 cells against hydrogen peroxide injury.
