支架置入术治疗颈动脉狭窄的临床应用分析

目的：探讨支架置入术治疗颈动脉狭窄的临床疗效。方法：26例表现为反复短暂性脑缺血发作或脑梗死的颈动脉狭窄患者,采用支架置入术,且围手术期给予抗血小板聚集药物等治疗。结果：支架放置均准确,19例颈动脉狭窄管径恢复到正常,5例狭窄程度减少90%,2例减少70%,10例术中使用了保护装置,1例术后出现梗死区出血,其他无术后并发症发生。随访3-12个月,均无再狭窄发生,近期疗效满意。结论：血管内支架置入术治疗颈动脉狭窄是一种安全、有效的方法,近期疗效肯定。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of otis： Twenty-six patients with carotid stenosis suffering from stent placement for cervical carotid stenosis. Methrepeated transient ischemic attack（TIA） or cerebral infarction were treated with stent placement. All cases were treated with anti ants during the peri-operation. Results： Stents were accurately implanted. Stenosis completely disappeared in 19 patients, attenuated by more than 90% in 5 patients and 70% in 2 patients. Cerebral protection devices were used in 10 patients during the operation. No other complications recurred except for cerebral hemorrhages in 1 patient after the operation. No stenosis reoccurred during a follow-up of 3-12 months. The short-term effect was satisfactory. Conclusion： Stent placement for carotid stenosis is safe and effective and its short-term effect is satisfactory.
