摘要
目的为探讨全脑短暂性缺血及其再灌对对小脑皮质蒲肯野细胞的影响。方法实验采用改进的缺血再灌模型对家兔全脑缺血5 min(B组)、10 min(C组)及缺血再灌注(D、E组)后蒲肯野细胞的酶组织化学变化和超微结构进行观察。结果(1)缺血10 min及缺血再灌后神经元的SDH、Mg2+-ATP活性及PAS反应均降低(P<0.05),LDH增高(P<0.05);(2)随着缺血、缺血/再灌注时间延长,蒲肯野细胞肿胀,线粒体嵴部分断裂,空泡样变,细胞突起间的部分桥粒样结构移位。结论改进的缺血再灌模型提高了断血或复流的准确性和成功率。家兔全脑缺血10 min及缺血再灌可损害小脑皮质蒲肯野细胞的能量代谢酶的活性。
Objective To explore the effect of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion on the motor neurons of the gray matter of cerebellar cortex. Methods The research used meliorative ischemi- a- reinfusion model. Brains of rabbits received ischemia for 5 minutes (group B) and 10 mi- nutes (group C) and then were reperfusion (group D and E). The Enzymatic histochemistry and the ultrastucture were used to observe changes in the Purkinje cells in all five groups. Re- suits the activity of S DH, Mg^2+ - ATP, PAS were reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ), the activity of LDH were increased(P 〈0.05) in the ischemia for 10 minutes group and two reperfusion groups. Cenclu- sien Meliorative ischemia - reperfusion model increased the validity of ischemia and reperfu- sion. The results suggested that the injury of 10 minutes ischemia and two reperfusion groups may damage the activity of the Purkinje cells.
