加味小陷胸汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on The Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis with Modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction

目的观察加味小陷胸汤治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法:将100例反流性食管炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例采用加味小陷胸汤治疗,对照组44例采用西药奥美拉唑、莫沙比利等治疗。结果治疗组和对照组近期疗效均满意,比较两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);其远期疗效治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,比较两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用加味小陷胸汤治疗反流性食管炎的近期和远期疗效满意,尤其是远期疗效较好。

Objective To observe the cure effects of modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction on the reflux esophagitis. Methods 100 cases were divided into two groups at random, 56 cases in therapy group were treated with modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction, 44 cases in control group were trea- ted with omeprazole and mosapride. Results the short - term results were satisfactory in two groups, there were no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） ; long term curative effect were signifi- cant difference as the recurrence rate in therapy group was lower than control group significantly （P 〈0.05）Conclusions The short -term results are satisfactory and the long term curative effect is even better than control group as reflux esophagitis treated with modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction.
