知人能力测验与MMPI在精神疾病团体筛检中的效度比较

A Comparison of Validity of Interpersonal Perception Scale with MMPI in Group Screening of Mental Disorder

目的:比较知人能力测验与MMPI用于精神疾病团体筛检的效度。方法:以知人能力测验和MMPI为工具,对171名军校学员进行精神疾病团体筛检,通过团体施测、个别回访等程序,比较了知人能力测验与MMPI的灵敏度、特异度及正确诊断指数等效度指标。结果:知人能力测验的灵敏度为1,特异度为0.95,正确诊断指数为0.95,MMPI的灵敏度为0,特异度为0.98,正确诊断指数为-0.02。知人能力测验的灵敏度和正确诊断指数均显著高于MMPI。结论:知人能力测验能够减少MMPI在精神疾病团体筛检中的漏选问题,可以作为团体筛检的工具。

Objective： To compare the validity of Interpersonal Perception Scale with MMPI. Methods： 171 military undergraduates were administrated with Interpersonal Perception Scale and MMPI. Through group test and individual interview, a comparison was made between the validity of them. Results： The sensitivity and Youden index of Interpersonal Perception Scale were higher than MMPI significantly. Interpersonal Perception Scale could reduce the omission of MMPI in Group screening of mental disorder. Conclusion： Interpersonal Perception Scale can be used in Group screening of mental disorder.
