女性抑郁症病人脑灰质容量改变的研究

摘要 目的:比较女性抑郁病人与正常对照组的大脑灰质容量。方法:采用优化的基于像素的形态测量学方法(VBM)对15名未服药的抑郁症女性患者与15名条件匹配的正常志愿者脑灰质容量进行了对比研究。结果:与正常对照组相比,抑郁病人的左侧额中回眶部、左侧额下回三角部、左侧旁中央小叶、右侧辅助运动区、右侧顶上叶的灰质容量减低。结论:女性抑郁病人大脑灰质容量存在异常。 Objective: To investigate the changes in volume of gray matter of Depressed woman Patients. Methods: The brain volume of gray matter of two groups,a patient group (15 depressed female patients) and a control group (15 matched normal volunteers) , were compared by Optimised voxel-based morphometry (VBM). Results: Compared with control group, the volume of gray matter decreased in several areas for the patient group, including the middle part of the left Frontal Orbital cortex,the Inferior Frontal Triangle area,the fight supplemental motor area (SMA),the left paracentral lobule and the right Superior Parietal cortex. Conclsuion: This result further confirmed the view that depressed patients had abnormalities in volume of gray matter.
