生活压力事件、应对方式对留守儿童心理健康的影响

The Affection of Life Events and Coping Styles on Left Children's Mental Health

目的:探讨生活压力事件、应对方式对留守儿童心理健康的影响。方法:采用量表法对256名农村儿童(其中留守儿童124名)的生活压力事件、应对方式、心理健康状况进行测量。结果:①留守儿童的总体生活压力事件水平显著高于非留守儿童。②留守儿童的心理健康状况与非留守儿童无显著性差异。③相关分析表明,积极应对方式与留守儿童大部分心理健康指标之间存在显著性相关,与非留守儿童的心理健康指标的相关除自尊外均不显著。④回归分析表明,留守儿童的积极应对方式能够显著预测其心理健康水平,解释率高于非留守儿童。结论:应对方式能够缓冲生活压力事件带来的不良影响,对留守儿童的心理健康起到一定的保护作用。

Objective： This study explored the relationship between life events, coping style and mental health of left children, whose parents left home for making money. Methods： 256 rural children finished questionnaires （including 124 left children）. Results： ①There were significant differences between left children and their counterparts in total life event level. ②No significant differences of mental health were found between left children and their counterparts. ③Significant correlations were found between left children＇s mental health and positive coping style correlation between left children＇s mental health, except self-esteem, with their counterparts was not significant.④Regression analysis showed there were good relations between positive coping styles and left children＇s mental heath. Conclusion： Mental health of left children can be protected by positive coping styles.
