摘要
利用ADS仿真软件设计低噪声放大器的方法及主要步骤,使用ADS器件库中的sp模型,重点进行了输入和输出匹配电路的设计.低噪声放大器工作在L波段,噪声系数小于1.8dB,增益大于13dB.通过设计可以看出,利用ADS进行微波电路仿真,可以很方便的得出最佳电路设计,指标完全符合规定值.
The paper discussed a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) design using the microwave circuit CAD software: Agilent_ADS. In order to simply design, we used sp_model of ADS device library. The main emphasis will be put on input and output circuit design and the parameters of the LNA will include the following: Operating frequency 2GHz, Noise Figure 〈 1.8 dB, Gain 〉 13 dB. Advanced Design System (ADS) soft ware is used to simulate the results of design instance and the result shows that the performance well answers for the previous target.
