P38 MAPK抑制剂对急性肺损伤大鼠细胞间黏附分子-1表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察P38 MAPK抑制剂预处理对脂多糖(LPS)致大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响,探讨P38 MAPK抑制剂干预ALI的理论基础。方法腹腔内注射+气管内给LPS复制大鼠ALI模型,用免疫组化方法测定肺组织ICAM-1的表达。结果模型组和预处理组的ICAM-1表达显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),且模型组高于预处理组(P<0.05)。结论P38MAPK抑制剂预处理可下调大鼠细胞黏附分子ICAM-1的表达,减轻肺组织的病理损害,能起到防治ALI的作用。 Objective To observe the effect inhibitor of P38 MAPK pretreatment on intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in rats with acute lung injury(ALI), and to explore the theoretical foundation of inhibitor P38 MAPK pretreatment of ALI. Methods Replicate rats' acute lung injury model through injecting lipopolysoccharide to rats' abdominal cavity and trachea. The expression levels of ICAM-1 in lung tissue were observed with inmmunohistochemistry. Results The expression levels of ICAM-1 in model and pretreatment groups were signifieantly higher than those in control group(P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05), while those in model group were significantly higher than pretreatment group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The inhibitor P38 MAPK can inhibit the expression of ICAM-1 in the lung tissue and attenuate pathological lung tissue injury. The inhibitor P38 MAPK may be effective in preventing and treating ALl.
