摘要
教师教学自评是教育评价研究的重要课题,它对于促进教师专业化发展具有重大意义。文章以研究调查为基础,从自评意识与动机、标准与内容、方式与途径、管理与利用四个维度对成都市锦江区初中和小学教师教学自评的状况进行了分析与探讨。调查发现:无论是初中教师还是小学教师都在意识与动机上表现最好,在标准与内容上居于第二,在管理与利用上居于第三,最差的是方式与途径。文章提出了对策和建议:关注和加强自评的标准与内容这一维度;根据教师的实际情况,对自评结果要加以有效、合理地管理与利用;在方式与途径这一维度上,要特别给予指导和帮助。
The article investigated and analyzed the situation of primary and secondary school teachers' teaclfing self- evaluation form and motivation, the standard and contents, the approach and methods, the management and utilization. Investigations revealed that the conditions of the and motivation is best, the next is the standard and contents, the management and utilization rank in the third, the approach and methods is worst. According to the survey results and the problems of primary and secondary school teachers' teaching self- evaluation currently, author point out three apocalypses and countermeasures, we must pay attention to and strengthen the standard and contents of the teaching serf- evaluation. According to the situation of teachers, the results of the teaching self - evaluation should be managed and used reasonably and effectively, in the approach and methods aspect, we should provide guidance and assistance.
