摘要
本文简要介绍了中海油(CNOOC)/美国阿纳达科(APC)合作开发渤海曹妃甸油田工程与生产概况,针对合作油田承包商管理,着重从关键岗位工作界面,相关标准规范和海上油田生产管理制度等几个方面入手,结合其"一个团队,一个步调,一个目标"的团队精神,深入剖析了承包商的管理模式,总结归纳其特点为:管理科学化,工作程序化。可供今后石油石化工业合作项目工程建设和日常管理参考。
This paper briefly introducted the engineering and production of CFD oilfield which has been operating by CNOOC and ANADARKO. Contractor management mainly consists of key positions interface, relating standards and specifications, offshore oilfield operation management procedures and regulations etc.. Referred to team logo "one team, one try, one goal ", contract management was deeply analyzed, and a summary of characteristics was concluded: contractor management of the oilfield was scientific, work was complied with procedures. It will make reference to project management and routine production management for oil and petrochemical industry.
