干振沉管碎石桩在高速公路软基处理中的应用

Application of Dry-vibrating Broken Stone Pile in Soft Ground of Express Highway

结合干振碎石桩在大庆至广州高速公路湖北省麻城至浠水段第八合同段中的应用,从机械设备、施工方法、应用效果等方面介绍了干振碎石桩在软土地基中的施工技术要点,并探讨了该技术的优点、存在问题和施工中应注意事项,认为从上料方式、打桩过程再行处理、增加反插次数、打桩时采用隔桩隔行跳打等几方面采取加强和改进措施后,施工效果有明显改善。

Combining with the application of the dry-vibrating broken stone pile in the soft ground of Daqing-Guangzhou Express Highway（Macheng-Xishui,Hubei）,the technical outlines of construction are elaborated from respects of the construction machine,construction method and the application effect,and the merits and existing problems of the technology and the matters needing attention in construction are discussed.The method can be used in the same type of project after strengthening and improving from respects of the material charging type and the pile driving process and so on.
