摘要
目的阐述脑脓肿的临床特点,选择最佳的诊治方法以提高疗效。方法回顾性分析25例脑脓肿的病因、影像学表现及治疗方法,并对25例病人进行3～6个月随访。结果脑脓肿以血源性和隐源性为主。经CT及MRI诊断脑脓肿的准确率达92%。经手术或保守治疗治愈20例,好转2例,死亡2例,复发1例。结论血源性和隐源性脑脓肿发病率上升,CT及MRI是早期明确诊断的重要方法,早诊断、早治疗能提高治愈率、降低病死率。
Objective To clarify the clinical features of barin abscesses, select optimum methods of diagnosis and treatment for improving the effect of treatment. Methods Etiology, imaging finds, and methods of treatment were retrospectivly reviewed in 25 cases of brain abscess. All patients were followed-up for 3 to 6 months. Results Most of cases resulted from cryptogenic infection and hematogenous spread. The cases of 92% were correctly confirmed by CT or MR1. After treatment of operation and drug administration ,20 cases were cured ;2 cases were improved;2 cases were died and one case was recurred. Conclusions CT or MRI is an important way for early diagnosis of brain abscess. Early diagnosis and treatment are very efficient for brain abscesses.
