蔡同一教授在将近半个世纪的时间里为我国的食品科学事业做出了极为突出的贡献。在奥运食品安全工程、果蔬汁加工技术等领域,成就斐然;他同时又是一位热心科学普及工作的科技工作者,为人类拥有健康、科学、安全的食品奉献出了自己全部的精力和智慧。
Abstract: In the time of almost half-century, professor Cai Tong-yi contributed to the food science of our country prominently. In the fields of the Olympic food safety project and the processing of the fruit-vegetable juice, his the achievement is very splendid. At the same time, he is also a scientific and technological worker who is keen on science popularization, and who offers all of his vigor and wisdom for the people to the healthy, scientific and safe food.
