摘要
根据浮体闸水动力量测要素的相似要求,详细分析水工模型试验所遵循的相似准则和设计试验方法,提出了双模型试验方法。基于工程安全和减小误差的原则,得出如下结论:浮体闸水力模型应按重力相似准则设计,以保证模型水流处于紊流阻力平方区,并且使模型浮体闸各部分质量分布与原型相似,结构振动模型在线应变比尺接近1的情况下可以独立地选取长度、弹性模量和密度比尺。简单介绍了模型浮体闸控制量测试验装置设计及测力传感器的布置方式。
According to the similarity requirement of hydrodynamic measurement factors of floating sluice, the similarity criterion for hydraulic model tests and the test design method were analyzed in detail and a double model test method was proposed. Some conclusions based on the design principles to ensure the engineering safety and to decrease the error were derived as follows: the hydraulic model for floating sluice should be designed according to the gravity similarity criterion, so that the model flow could be kept in the turbulence guadratic resistance region, and the mass distribution in each part of floating sluice model is similar to that of the prototype; under the condition that the linear strain scale is close to 1, the scales of length, elastic modulus, and density could be selected independently. Moreover, the design method for control and measurement devices for floating sluice model and the pattern for sensor arrangement were also briefly introduced.
