摘要
根据宝应泵站的实际施工过程和现场环境,采用三维非稳定温度场和应力场有限元仿真程序,对该泵站肘形进水流道混凝土施工全过程的温度场和应力场进行时空动态仿真分析,分析了施工期泵站肘形进水流道混凝土结构裂缝产生的原因,提出相应的防裂措施。
Based on the real construction process and field environment of Baoylng Pumping Station, a spatial-temporal dynamic numerical simulation of concrete temperature and stress field in the elbow-shaped inlet channel during the whole construction process of the pumping station was perforated by use of FEM program. The causes of cracking in concrete structure in the elbowshaped inlet channel during the construction process were analyzed, and some crack control measures were proposed.
