水轮发电机组圆形部件的测量与计算分析研究

Study on measurement and analysis for round-shaped parts of hydrogenerator unit

水轮发电机组由众多的零部件构成,对于这些零部件的形状、尺寸和位置等都有严格的质量要求,在水轮发电机组的安装和检修过程中都需要进行一系列的测量、计算分析和调整工作,其中圆形部件最为关键,数量也多。本文对水轮发电机组大型圆部件的测量与数据分析方法进行了研究。

Hydrogenerator units are consisted of many parts, all of these parts are strictly required of dimension, shape and positioning. It is necessary to carry out a series works of measurements, data analysis and adjustments during the unit installation or repairing. The round-shaped parts which are numerous are the most important ones. This paper is going to study on the measurements and data analysis for large-sized and round-shaped parts of hydrogenerator units.
