胃癌演进与异质化过程中HIF-1α表达及其意义 被引量:5

EXPRESSION OF HIF-1α AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN GASTRIC CARCINOMAS DURING THEIR PROGRESSION AND HETEROGENIZATION

摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)与胃癌演进、异质化过程的关系及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对50例石蜡包埋的人胃癌及癌旁组织进行了HIF-1α表达的检测。结果HIF-1α在癌旁组织中的表达均为阴性,而在胃癌组织中的表达率为42%;其在不同胃癌及同一胃癌组织不同区域中的表达均存在着显著的异质性,其表达随胃癌分化程度的降低而升高(rs=0.44,P<0.01);另外,其在有无淋巴结转移的肿瘤组织中的阳性表达亦存在显著差异(u=2.53,P<0.05)。结论HIF-1α可作为评估胃癌演进与异质化程度及判断预后的参考指标。 Objective To study the relationship between HIF-1α and progression as well as heterogenization in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of HIF-1α in 50 paraffin-embedded cancer samples and their lateral tissues was detected immunohistochemically. Results HIF-1α positive was noted in 42% in cancer tissues, but negative in paraneoplastic. Marked heterogeneity existed in different carcinoma tissues and in different areas of the same affection. A negative correlation was found between HIF-1α' expression and the differentiation of the cancer (r s= 0.44 ,P〈0.01). HIF-1α 'expression was also associated with lymph node metastasis (u=2.53,P〈0.05). Conclusion HIF-1α can be used as a reference index in assessment of the progression and heterogenization as well as prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
