摘要
目的观察痰热清注射液佐治儿童支气管肺炎的效果。方法将138例支气管肺炎病儿随机分为两组,对照组给予常规药物综合治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗。结果两组疗效比较,差异有极显著意义(uc=3.461,P<0.01)。结论痰热清注射液治疗儿童支气管肺炎安全、有效。
Objective To assess the clinical effects of Tanreqing injection on children with bronchopneumonia. Methods This study was done in 138 children with bronchopneumonia who were divided into two groups： control group was treated with routine combined therapy; experiment group treated with combined therapy plus Tanreqing injection. Results The difference of curative effect between the two groups were significant （uc =3. 461,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Tanreqing injection is safe and effective for bronchopneumonia in children.
