A型肉毒毒素治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的效果

摘要 目的观察A型肉毒毒素注射治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的临床效果。方法对21例脑卒中后肢体痉挛病人进行A型肉毒毒素肌肉内注射治疗,采用Ashworth法对注射前、注射后2周、注射后4周肌张力进行评分。结果注射后2周与注射前相比治疗各肌群肌张力有显著降低(F=25.92~39.68,q=3.36~8.67,P〈0.05);注射后4周与注射前相比,各肌群肌张力有显著降低(q=4.76~9.38,P〈0.05),但与注射后2周相比肌张力变化不大(q=2.69~3.16,P〉0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素可明显缓解脑卒中后肢体的痉挛状态。  Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of botulinum A toxin on post-stroke limb spasticity. Me-thods Twenty-one patients with limb spasm after stroke received intramuscular injection of botulinum A toxin.Ashworth scale was applied to evaluate muscular tone before,and two weeks as well as four weeks after medication. Results The muscular tone recorded two weeks and four weeks after medication decreased significantly compared with that of before injection(F=25.92-39.68,q=3.36-9.38,P〈0.05),while no significant difference in the muscular tone was observed between two weeks and four weeks after injection(P〉0.05). Conclusion Botulinum A toxin can significantly relieve the limb spasm after stroke.
