结直肠癌组织VEGF、COX-2及HIF-1α表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化技术(S-P法)检测78例结直肠癌组织中VEGF、COX-2、HIF-1α的表达情况。结果结直肠癌组织中VEGF、COX-2、HIF-1α的阳性率分别为75.6%、70.5%、69.2%,且与肿瘤的恶性程度相关。COX-2、HIF-1α的表达与VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.288、0.463,P<0.05、0.01)。结论VEGF、COX-2、HIF-1α在结直肠癌的进展过程中起作用,对判断结直肠癌的临床病理分期有价值。  Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF,COX-2,and HIF-1α in colorectal carcinoma and discuss the corresponding clinical significance. Methods The expressions of VEGF,COX-2 and HIF-1α were detected by immunohistochemistry in 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma. Results The expression rates of VEGF,COX-2,and HIF-1α were 75.6%,70.5%,and 69.2%,respectively,which were correlated with the malignancy of the tumor.The expression rates of COX-2 and HIF-1α were positively correlated with the expression of VEGF(r=0.288,0.463;P〈0.05,0.01). Conclusion VEGF,COX-2 and HIF-1α play a role in the pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma.Detecting the expression of VEGF,COX-2,and HIF-1α is helpful to estimate the clinical stages of the disease.
