摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩对高血压脑卒中病人血压的调节作用。方法2005年10月～2006年10月,选择我院神经科住院的高血压脑卒中病人80例,随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例,对照组进行常规降压药治疗和对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上增加穴位按摩治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压的变化。结果两组病人治疗后收缩压均较治疗前有明显降低,治疗组治疗后及对照组治疗2、3周的舒张压也较治疗前明显下降（t=3.02～3.67,P〈0.05）。治疗组穴位按摩治疗后2、3周的收缩压与对照组比较,差异均有显著性（t=2.76、3.25,P〈0.05）。治疗组病人舒张压在穴位按摩治疗后1周较治疗前明显下降,但对照组从治疗后2周才开始显著下降。经穴位按摩治疗后,病人自我感觉良好,均无明显不良反应。结论穴位按摩可作为高血压脑卒中病人的一种辅助降压手段。
Objective To study the effect of acupoint massage on blood pressure in patients with hypertensive stroke. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive stroke admitted to our hospital during Oct.2005-Oct.2006 were divided into treatment group（n=42） and control group（n=38）.Those in control group received antihypertensive agents and routine therapy;those in the treatment group were added acupoint massage in addition to above routine therapy. Results The systolic BP of those in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group after two to three weeks of therapy（t=2.76,3.25;P〈0.05）.The diastolic BP of those in treatment group reduced one week after the massage,but it took two weeks to reduce with routine therapy（t=3.02-3.67,P〈0.05）.The patients felt well after the massage. Conclusion Acupoint massage can be used as an adjuvant means to reduce blood pressure for patients with hypertensive stroke.
