原发性纵隔肿瘤的CT诊断

CT DIAGNOSIS OF PRIMARY MEDIASTINAL TUMORS

目的评价CT对原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析48例经临床、手术及病理证实的原发性纵隔肿瘤的CT表现,包括恶性淋巴瘤15例,胸骨后甲状腺肿11例,胸腺瘤8例,神经源性肿瘤7例,生殖细胞肿瘤4例,心包囊肿2例,淋巴管瘤1例。结果不同类型的纵隔肿瘤有其好发部位及特殊CT表现,术前CT诊断准确率达95.83%(46/48)。结论CT检查对纵隔肿瘤有较高的诊断价值,熟悉其征象对临床治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of CT diagnosis of primary mediastinal tumors（PMT）. Methods A retrospective analysis of CT images was done in petients with primary mediastinal tumors（PMT,n=48）,which included lymphoma（15）,retrosternal thyroid（11）,thymoma（8）,neurogenic tumor（7）,germinoma（4）,pericardiac cyst（2）,and lymphangioma（1）. Results Different types of PMT had their predilection sites and special CT signs.The accuracy of CT in diagnosis of PMT was 95.83%（46/48）. Conclusion CT is of great value in the diagnosis of PMT.
