罗格列酮并硝苯地平控释片治疗2型糖尿病并稳定型心绞痛的效果

THE EFFICACY OF COMBINATION OF ROSIGLITAZONE AND NIFEDIPIN ON PATIENTS WITH TYPE-2 DIABETES COMPLICATED BY STABLE ANGINA PECTORIS

目的观察罗格列酮并硝苯地平控释片对糖尿病并稳定型心绞痛病人的临床疗效。方法将2型糖尿病并稳定型心绞痛病人随机分为实验组（n=63例）和对照组（n=63）,所有病人在常规治疗基础上,实验组给予罗格列酮4 mg/d,硝苯地平控释片30 mg/d,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片30 mg/d,两组均治疗6个月。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、心率、左心室射血分数（LEVEF）及2、4、6个月时心绞痛发作的例数。结果实验组与对照组相比较,FBG、HbAlc、LDL显著降低（t=2.00～2.39,P〈0.05）,LEVEF则明显增加（t=2.92,P〈0.01）。实验组与对照组相比,心绞痛发生例数在6个月时有一定降低。结论罗格列酮并硝苯地平控释片治疗可以改善糖尿病并稳定型心绞痛病人的心脏功能。

Objective To study the effects of rosiglitazone and Nifedipin controlled release tablets on patients with type-2 diabets complicated by stable angina pectoris. Methods Patients with type-2 diabetes complicated by stable angina were randomly divided into two groups： treated group（n=63）,who received rosiglitazone 4 mg,and Nifedipin 30 mg,both were once a day;and control group（n=63）,Nifedipin 30 mg,once a day.All patients were treated for six months.Before and after treatment,FBG,HbA1c,LDL,HDL,heart rate,LEVEF,and heart attack in 2,4,6 months of the treatment were recorded. Results Compared with the control group,FBG,HbA1c,and LDL of patients in the treated group were decreased and the LEVEF were elevated significantly（t=2.00-2.92,P〈0.05,0.01）.The attack of angina was decreased. Conclusion Combination of rosiglitazone and Nifedipin improves heart function of patients with type-2 diabetes complicated by stable angina pectoris.
