掺Mn纳米ZnO的光谱学研究

摘要 在无表面活性剂的条件下,采用水热反应法制备出单晶结构的掺杂过渡族金属粒子Mn的纳米ZnO颗粒,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其微结构进行了表征,并对其紫外及可见光吸收光谱和X光衍射光谱进行了分析和研究。XRD测试结果表明:产物为纯纤锌矿结构,没有其他杂质成分存在。对其紫外及可见光吸收光谱研究表明:掺Mn的ZnO纳米颗粒具有介电限域效应,使其吸收光谱发生"蓝移"现象。  Single crystalline ZnO nanoparticles doped by Mn were synthesized by the hydrothermal method in the absence of surfactant.The ZnO microstructures were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),and their UV-visible absorption spectra and X-ray diffraction patterns were analyzed and studied.The results of XRD indicate that the product possesses a pure wurtzite structure without any other impurity elements included.And their UV-visible absorption spectra shows that Mn-doped ZnO nanoparticles have dielectric confinement effect,which leads to a"blue shift"in the absorption spectra and an intensity increase in the luminescence spectra.
