胡蔓藤中非生物碱类化学成分的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of non-alkaloid constituents from Gelsemium elegans Benth.

目的对胡蔓藤的非生物碱类化学成分进行研究。方法采用HPD-800大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱和ODS中压柱色谱进行分离,采用葡聚糖凝胶（Sephadex LH-20）及制备液相进行纯化,根据理化性质和光谱学数据鉴定结构。结果得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol,1）、豆甾醇（stigmasterol,2）、胡萝卜苷（daucosterol,3）、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,4）、熊果酸（ursolic acid,5）、没食子酸（gallic acid,6）、阿魏酸（ferulic acid,7）、原儿茶酸（protocatechuic acid,8）。结论化合物1~8均为首次从该属植物中分得。

Objective To investigate the non-alkaloid constituents from Gelseraiura elegans Benth. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the non-alkaloid constituents, and physicochemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural elucidation. Results Eight compounds were isolated, and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol （1）, stigmasterol （2）, daucosterol （3）, stigmasterol-β-D-glucopyranoside （4）, ursolic acid （5）, gallic acid （6）, ferulic acid （7）, protocatechuic acid （8）. Conclusion All compounds are obtained from this genus for the first time.
