摘要
按《膨胀土地区建筑技术规范》GB J112-87中以土的自由膨胀率Fs值划分膨胀潜势,柳州白莲机场的红粘土多数不属于膨胀土,仅局部显示弱胀缩潜势。以此结论进行军航营区群房的设计施工后,有1/3多的房屋建筑发生了不同程度的墙裂和地裂。通过调查,本文揭示该红粘土具弱-中等胀缩性,其胀缩特征是以失水收缩变形为主,而遇水后体积膨胀变形甚微,故由此特征引起地基变形导致房裂破坏的现象多发生在每年的旱季。
Most of red clay in LiuZhou BaiLian - Airport is not swelling clay and only part of it shows the swelling potential,conforming to《 Construction technical specification for swelling clay area》GBJ112 -87 which classifys swelling potential by the Fs - value of soil free swelling rate. and so, about one - third of the buildings in JunHang area appeared wall fracturing and earth fracturing more or less which designed and constructed according to the conclusion. The thesis introduces that the red clay is weak -midding expansion after investigated, as the expansion is mostly characterized by losing - water shrinkage and the volumetric expansion will be little change when the red clay is full of water, so we think that building fracturing caused by foundation distortion will be happen in dry season of a year.
