According to observational data in abundance and detail, this article has discussed the reason that the ground was settlement and its reaction on the ground fracture in electronic city of Xi＇an by analysis and research in - depth;it found the reason in solicitation the ground settlement and the ground fracture was over exploitation confined water result in the level of confined water was down in larger range.
