摘要
心脏大血管病变是人类面临的最主要的、最凶险的的疾病之一,随着医疗诊断手段的进步和社会的老龄化,这类疾病的发病已引起医学界的高度重视。主动脉发病急、病情重,常常需要进行及时的手术治疗,准确的诊断是制定手术方案、提高手术、治疗效果的极大保证。近年来主动脉CT成像技术有了飞跃的进步,新的成像系统不断创新,在实际应用上取得了显著的效果。本文拟对这方面的成就进行一次扼要的综述。
Lesions occurred on cardiac aortic sites become one of the most severe and dangerous diseases injuring the present humanity.Following the overall progress of medical diagnosis and treatment methods and rapid ageing of the population,the diagnosis and treatment of aortic diseases becomes the principal subject of medical research.Those diseases are often very severe and aggravate very quickly,and require urgent operation,thus the precise diagnosis is very important to ensure a high cure rate.During recent years,aortic CT imaging technology has achieved rapid advancements;novel CT imaging systems emerged incessantly and performed successfully showing significant superiority and high clinical value in the practical applications.This article offers a concise review on this subject.
