摘要 以铝屑、工业废酸和自来水为原料制备聚合铝,研究了投料顺序、补水量等因素对聚合铝盐基度、氧化铝含量及比重等有关性能的影响,比较了所合成的聚合铝产品与AlCl3、Fe2(SO4)3的混凝效果,同时运用逐时络合比色法探讨了熟化时间与聚合铝稳定性的关系,从而确定了制备聚合铝的最佳工艺条件为:投料顺序应将盐酸滴加到铝屑中较好,水解聚合温度控制在85℃左右,合成过程中的补水量与铝屑量之比为1∶1,产品的熟化时间至少为24h或更长时间时的絮团大,混凝沉降效果最好. We prepared polynuclear aluminum with aluminum leftover, industrial useless hydrochloric acid and running water as raw material and studied the effects of the feeding sequence, the amount of water replenishing on the influence of the basicity, the content of Al2O3, the specific density, and other relevant nature. We have compared the products of polynuclear aluminum with A1Cla, Fe2 (SO4)3 and found this polynuclear aluminum has a good coagulate effect, and at the same time discussed the relationship of the product stability with the ageing time of polyaluminum by the aid of the ferron timed complexation spectrophotometry assay, thereby, the best process conditions of synthesization polynuclear aluminum have been fixed already. That is, the better mixing sequence of reactants is to add hydrochloric acid into aluminum leftover, the temperature of hydrolysis- polymerization should be controlled at around 85℃ ; the quantity of water replenishing is 1 : 1(the ratio of water: aluminum leftover) in the synthetic process; the ageing time of products at least is 24 hours or more, in which the flock is bigger, and the effect of coagulation sedimentation is better.
