To abound E- learning resources. This paper designs E- learning System based on the requirement of E- learning resources. Characteristics of the system are interactivity, resources sharing and virtuality. Students can learn, answer questions, self - examination, etc. by using this system. Finally, the system is realized by using XML and ASP technology.
