摘要
《标准》测试的目的是为了贯彻落实第三次全国教育工作会议提出的"学校教育要树立‘健康第一’的指导思想"的精神,促进学生积极地参加体育锻炼,上好体育课,养成经常锻炼身体的习惯,增强学生的体质和提高自我保健能力和体质健康水平。
The aim of the test is to fulfil the task of ＂Health First in School P.E Activities＂which is put out by the third national education conference to lead the students＇ participation in P.E activities and get a good exercising habit.It aims at promote the students Self-health ability and raise the students＇ physical health level.
