通过对我国妇女参与奥林匹克运动的历史回顾,从妇女参加奥运会的人数、获奖情况、参赛项目、管理层次上来分析,我国妇女在参与奥林匹克中已出现了性别平等化趋势,也取得了令人瞩目的成绩。并对其取得成绩进行因素分析,提出当前所面临的问题,以便更好的认识、了解我国妇女参与奥林匹克运动的历史及所面临的挑战,为我国妇女体育的健康、持续发展发展提供参考。

The essay reviews the history of participating in the Olympic movements of Chinese women,which mainly analyses from participating number、rewarded condition、participating events and the management level.We can realize that it has already appeared a trend of sex equality and the women players have got striking achievement.At the same time,it analyzes the factors of the achievement and brings forward the current problems in order to know the Chinese women history and the current challenge in the Olympic Games and provide a reference to their healthy and sustained development of women sports.
