Design and Applications of Budgetary Estimate System in Communication Engineering

针对目前通信工程概(预)算中存在的计算繁琐、容易出错、可靠性差等问题,开发的概(预)算系统基于面向对象技术和数据库技术,具有高效灵活、丰富的数据库、定额自动筛选、自动关联机械使用费、自动生成质量管理档案等特点,对系统中的关键技术进行了论述。

With the problems of complicated computing, error prone, and lack of the reliability, this budgetary estimate system is developed based on the object oriented technologies with the features of higher efficiency and flexibility, abundant database, automatic selection, automatic association of mechanical, as well as automatic documentations of the quality control etc, and some key technologies are addressed in this paper.
