摘要
目的:研究高氧液对实验矽肺家兔红细胞免疫功能的影响.方法:采用非暴露式气管注入法复制家兔矽肺模型;实验分为空白对照组、染尘对照组和染尘+高氧液组,光镜下观察各组肺组织病理改变,并比较各组间家兔红细胞受体花环率及免疫复合物花环率.结果:高氧液能显著提高染尘家兔红细胞受体花环率、降低免疫复合物花环率,并减轻染尘矽肺的病理学改变.结论:高氧液能提高实验性矽肺家兔红细胞免疫功能,可延缓或抑制矽肺病变的发展,具有一定的临床应用价值.
AIM : To explore the effect of hyper-oxygenated solution (HOS) on immune function of red blood cells in silicosis rabbits. METHODS: The silicosis rabbit models were prepared by injection of non-exposure bronchus, and then the rabbits were divided randomly into 3 groups, control group, silica group and silica + HOS group. Pathological changes of lung were observed under light microscopy, and red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate (RCR) and immune complex rosette rate (ICR) were determined. RESULTS: Compared with the silica group, pathological changes of lung were ameliorated, RCR was significantly higher and ICR was lower in silica + HOS group. CONCLUSION: HOS can enhance immune function of red blood cell in silicosis rabbits and partly restrain the development of silicosis.
