摘要
目的:研究胸腔镜下双极射频消融房颤治疗的动物手术方法及手术效果.方法:选用心肺功能良好的杂种犬各20只随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组行胸腔镜下双极射频消融房颤治疗手术;对照组行环绕肺静脉左房钳夹手术.记录消融后恢复窦性心律的实验动物数量、再次诱发房颤持续时间,再次诱发房颤发生率,取手术后心脏标本.结果:实验组与对照组比较,消融后恢复窦性心律的实验动物数量多,再次诱发房颤持续时间短,再次诱发房颤发生率低有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组心脏标本,消融经线连续完整,呈环状,无心房壁破裂,无血栓形成.结论:犬胸腔镜下双极射频消融房颤治疗手术是安全可行的.
AIM: To study animal operating method and effect of video-assisted bilateral pulmonary vein isolation for atrial fibrillation. METHODS: Forty mongrel dogs with satisfactory heart and lung functions were divided into experiment group and control group, with 20 in each group. The dogs in experiment group underwent video-assisted bilateral pulmonary vein isolation for atrial fibrillation (Wolf Mini-maze Operation), while the dogs in control group underwent Wolf Mini-maze without ablation. The number of animals which had been free of atrial fibrillation after ablation and the time duration and incidence rate of recurred atrial fibrillation in both groups were recorded. Heart samples of animals were harvested after operation. RESULTS: Compared with control group, sinus rhythm recovered in more animals, time duration of recurred atrial fibrillation was shorter, and incidence rate of recurred atrial fibrillation was lower in experiment group. The significant difference was observed between two groups ( P 〈 0. 05). For heart samples in experiment group, the ablation line was integrate and in annular shape, atria were free of rupture, and no thrombus was found. CONCLUSION: Video-assisted bilateral pulmonary vein isolation for atrial fibrillation is safe and feasible in dogs.
