评价心室搏功无创性检查方法的建立

摘要 目的:建立一种新的评价心室搏功的方法.方法:对25例患者及13例对照者进行门控心血池显像,然后根据流体力学原理,计算左心室相对搏功(RSW),同时通过心搏量(SV)和平均动脉压计算左室心搏功(SW),分析RSW与SW以及其他心血池显像的心室收缩、舒张功能指标的关系,并观察心功能异常患者RSW的变化.结果:RSW与SW具有正相关,与心室的SV,EF,PER,PFR均有相关,其中与SV,PER有回归关系.心功能降低患者的RSW低于正常对照,P<0.01.结论:在无创性心血池显像基础上计算的RSW可作为反映心脏功能综合状态的指标之一. AIM: To set up a new semi-quantitative method to evaluate the left ventricular ( LV ) stroke work ( SW ). METHODS: Twenty-five patients and 13 normal controls underwent the multi-gated ventricular scintigraphy. A new parameter, the relative stroke work (RSW) of left ventricule, was calculated with expression derived from the principle of hydrodynamics. Meanwhile the LV SW was also calculated by LV stroke volume (SV) and mean arterial pressure. The relation of the RSW with the ventricular diastolic and systolic indices was analyzed. RESULTS: The RSW was positively correlated with the SW of left ventricle. RSW was related with the SV, EF, PER and PFR of the left ventricle. RSW had regressive relation with SV and PER. The RSW in patients was lower than that in normal control ( P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION : RSW is one of the sensitive indices to evaluate the ventricular function, and is valuable in monitoring the change of ventricular hydrodynamics.
