我国的科技项目管理实际上是一个多重的委托代理链,它同样存在着委托代理问题及由此产生的各种机会主义行为。因此,本文旨在从委托代理的角度对科技项目管理中的机会主义行为进行分析并提出解决问题的相关建议。

The management of science ＆ technology project in our country actual is a mutli - task Principal - agent link, the principal - agent problem which exists in it has resulted in the opportunistic behaviors. Hence, this article tries to analyze the opportunistic behaviors exists in the management of science ＆ technology project based on principal - agent theory and make a proposal to resolve the problem.
