摘要
用Malmquist指数方法测算了我国科技创新效率的变动趋势,并把科技创新效率的增长分解为技术进步和资源配置效率变化两个部分。结果显示:20世纪90年代以来我国科技创新效率的增长主要是由技术进步推动,资源配置效率对科技创新效率的增长贡献较小。
In this paper, we use Malmquist Index Approach to calculate the change trend of S&T innovation efficiency in China, and decompose the S&T innovation efficiency into two components, which is technical progress and resource allocation efficiency. Results shows that the increase of S&T innovation efficiency in China is mainly promoted by technical progress, and the contribution of resource allocation efficiency is relatively small.
