还原型谷胱甘肽预防奥沙利铂神经毒性疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽预防奥沙利铂神经毒性的疗效。方法对87例应用奥沙利铂全身化疗的癌症患者随机分为二组,治疗组44例,对照组43例。治疗组奥沙利铂全身化疗前2d开始使用还原型谷胱甘肽1800mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,每日一次,连用7d。对照组不用还原型谷胱甘肽,其它用药与治疗组相同。观察神经系统不良反应。结果治疗组奥沙利铂神经毒性发生率11.36%(5/44),对照组为51.16%(22/43),治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计意义(χ2=16.09,P<0.05)。结论用还原型谷胱甘肽预防奥沙利铂神经毒性疗效确切。 Objective To observe the efficacy of reduced glutathione in preventing neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin. Methods Eighty seven chemotherapy patients with oxaliplatin were randomly divided into two groups : the treatment group (44 cases with reduced glutathione)and the control group(43 cases without reduced glutathione). Two days before chemotherapy, the treatment group received 250 ml 5% glucose injection added with 1800 mg reduced glutathione intravenously every day for 7 days. Control group only received common treatments without reduced glutathione. Neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin was observed. Results The generation rates of neurotoxicity in two groups were 11. 36% (5/44), 51. 16% (22/ 43) ,and had significant difference (χ^2 = 16.09, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Reduced glutathione is effective in preventing neurotoxicty of oxaliplatin in chemotherathy patients.
