嵌贴式植骨整复鼻旁区凹陷畸形

The Clinical Appliance of Onlay Bone Graft in Repairing Paranasal Depressed Deformities:A Retrospective Study of 20 Cases

目的介绍嵌贴式植骨整复鼻旁区凹陷畸形患者的临床效果，为临床治疗该类畸形提供参考。方法回顾性研究20例行嵌贴式植骨的鼻旁区凹陷畸形患者，20例患者均行术前及术后正畸治疗，术前正畸结束后在全麻下行下颌双侧矢状劈开后退术，上颌双侧鼻旁区行嵌贴式植骨。分别于术后1、3、6个月和1年摄全景片及头影测量侧位片，通过钛钉的位置了解骨愈合及吸收情况。结果20例患者创口均一期愈合，均取得满意的外形及理想的咬合关系。术中鼻旁凹陷区骨增高量为4—6衄，经术后摄全景片及头影测量侧位片追踪观察，植骨区骨愈合良好。结论嵌贴式植骨是整复鼻旁区凹陷畸形患者有效的方法。

Objective To summarize the techniques and clinical appliance of orday bone grafts on the augmentation of the paranasal depressed deformities. Methods Twenty consecutive patients from Guangdong provincial stomotology hospital with paranasal depressed deformities were reviewed. Onlay bone grafts and pre-operational and post-operational orthodontics were applied in all cases. Results All patients got sound clinical effects including good healing, morphology and appropriates occlusion. No complications were found. Conclusion The onlay grafting technique seems to be one of the best approaches to treat paranasal depressed deformity.
