摘要
首先依据胜任力模型理论,提出新时期高校教师胜任力的结构模型,在此基础上,构建出高校教师岗位胜任力的评价指标体系.然后采用层次分析法和模糊评价法确定高校教师胜任力中各项指标的权重及对其进行综合评价,且融合了领导、同学、同事的不同评价,形成了定量评价高校教师岗位胜任力的综合评价方法.
On the first place, according to the theoretical model of competence, come up with the structural model of university teachers'competence in the new period, on which basis, we can establish an evaluation index system. On the second place, assess the importance of all kinds index of the university teachers'competence through analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy assessment method. Besides, it also absorbs the different opinions of leaders, students and colleges, in order to formu- late into a measured assessment method of university teachers'competence.
