摘要
本文主要研究利用摆线原理加工直槽的方法,从理论方面证明利用摆线原理加工直槽的可行性,并且基于VER ICUT仿真平台实现了直槽类零件的连续切削的动态加工仿真.
In this paper, a cutting method of machining straight slot-parts is mainly researched by using the principle of cycloid. It is proved that the method of machining straight slot-parts using the principle of cycloid is possible. Based on VERI- CUT, the dynamic simulation of continuous process of machining straight slot-parts is realized.
