摘要 以MTG酶对真丝电力纺进行抗皱整理,探讨了其对真丝织物的作用,并从微观上进行了分析。MTG酶单独作用及双氧水/MTG酶、蛋白酶/MTG酶、超声波/MTG酶等复合整理方法都表明:MTG酶可以改善真丝织物的抗皱性并提高强力或修复强力损伤。同时,通过几种处理方法的对比,超声波和MTG酶具有很好的协同作用,使折皱回复角提高了17.4%,强力也提高了11.2%。 Microbial transglutaminase (MTG) was applied to anti-crease finishing of silk habotai, its effect on silk fabric was investigated,and analysis was also undertaken in the microcosmic.Direct MTG treatment as well as compound treat-ments of Hydrogen peroxide/MTG,protease/MTG and ultrasonic/MTG showed that MTG can improve the crease-resis-tance of silk fabric and enhance the strength or renovate strength damage.Meanwhile,compared with other treatments, ultrasonic/MTG compound treatment confers better effect: crease recovery angle and strength improved respectively by 17.4% and 11.2%.
